Grief group

Losing a loved one is difficult, but sharing the grief with others can help ease the pain.

Welcome to participate in a grief group for students and young adults age 20-35.

The group is led by chaplains from the University Chaplaincy Uppsala, and consists of six participants. We meet six times over the course of the semester.

We recommend that about six months or longer have passed since the time of death. The group consists of six people, is safe space and the conversations revolve around grief processing and how you can move on despite your loss. Everyone is of course welcome, regardless of faith.

To sign up or ask questions, please email karin.borg@studentprast.uu.se.

You can always contact us for individual councelling while waiting for a spot.
